Cancellations
It is with regret that due to an overwhelming amount of late cancellations and no shows, we will be implementing a 100% charge unless we are provided with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No further bookings will be accepted until this charge is settled.
Arrivals
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied. While in our waiting area, please be aware that others may be receiving treatments so please keep all conversations to a low volume.
Age Requirement
Some of our treatments are only available for guests aged 16 and over. Please check with us if you have any concerns regarding this.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant of breast feeding please inform us at the time of your booking so we can match your needs to a suitable treatment. Body treatments may be booked after 16 weeks.
